Jonathan Smith - Director

Jonathan is extensively experienced in the production of ceramic wall and floor tiles. A qualified Mechanical Engineer, Jonathan has acquired his experience by fulfilling a number of roles with a major manufacturer of ceramic tiles in Australia and in the UK.

Production	Conventional twice fired tunnel kiln wall plant Fast fire wall tile plant Fast fire floor tile plant Third fire decoration plant Complete manufacturing site management involving not only the tile production plants but also the body preparation plant and glaze preparation plant
Engineering	Project management of many successful engineering projects including the installation of a complete fast fire plant and plant upgrades Plant maintenance management, implementation of planned and preventive maintenance programs

John Francis - Director

John has an Advanced Certificate of Industrial Ceramics and has been in the ceramic industry for many years. His experience has come from involvement in a range of technical and operational assignments from which he has developed expertise in many areas.
